2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) for a direction for payment of of the money to the farmers whose land have been acquired in 2011 by S.S.B. (Seema Surkhsa Bal) for Construction of its Head Quarters
Patna High Court CWJC No.18601 of 2018(5) dt.18-11-2025 2/2 in Mauza Chikni, District E. Champaran.
And the entire compensation money has not been paid to farmers. The rest money should be paid with interest amount. That the remaining amount should be paid as per new Act.
3. A counter affidavit has come duly served upon the petitioner recording that the rest of the 20% has been paid to the petitioner after production of the relevant papers.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner candidly accepts that now nothing remains as the 20% has been paid.
5. In that background, taking note of the averment made in the counter affidavit duly signed by the respondent nos. 6 and 7, the writ petition is disposed of. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U
