Petitioners being the agnates of the informant are languishing in custody since 18.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 109 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of assaulting the informant, his wife and his son and taking away ornaments and Rs. 25,000/- from his house.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that injuries of the informant, his wife and his son have been found to be simple in nature. Statement has

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4253 of 2015 (2) dt.02-02-2015 been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 223 of 2014.
