JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have caught by the informant when he tried to snatch bag containing money from the informant. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 25.11.2015. Contention on behalf of the petitioner is that some altercation had taken place between the petitioner and the informant on a petty issue but informant in collusion with local police lodged this case against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact
