Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bank submits that the writ petition is not maintainable but he realized that different writ petitions have been allowed by the Court and directions were issued to the Bank to pay post retiral dues. Learned counsel for the Bank submits that the bank will strictly follow the scheme as formulated by the Court and on the basis of date of retirement the turn of the petitioner will
Patna High Court CWJC No.19328 of 2018(3) dt.15-06-2020 2/2 come and then the petitioner may be paid post retiral dues. He submits that there is no departure in payment of retired dues disregrding the scheme of seniority and the seriatim in the matter of payment of post retiral benefits.
Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Bank to adhere to the scheme as formulated by this Hon'ble Court and ensure payment of retiral dues to the petitioner in accordance with seniority. With the aforesaid, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
