2. The present application has been filed seeking cancellation of the bail granted to the accused Opposite Party Nos. 2 to 4 vide order dated 30.07.2021 passed in A.B.P. No. 860 of 2021 by the Sessions Judge, Gopalganj, in connection with Gopalganj Nagar P.S. Case No. 204 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 427, 147, 148, and 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. I have considered the submissions of the parties and have gone through the records of the case.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials available on record, this Court finds no sufficient ground to interfere with the impugned order.
