2. Following relief(s) have been prayed for in paragraph No. 1 of the present writ application:

"1.I. To set aside the order of district Magistrate-cum-District Collector Sheikhpura vide order dated 28.06.2013 as well as set aside the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6887 of 2017 dt.18-07-2024 2/2 order of D.C.L.R. Sheikhpura vide order dated 16.04.2008.

II. Any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled."

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner is having an alternative remedy by way of filing an application under Section 9 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009.

4. Considering the above that the petitioner is having an alternative remedy, the petitioner is directed to file an application within a period of four weeks along with application for condonation of delay and the Tribunal on considering the fact that petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court will condone the delay and dispose of the application in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
