JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-01-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 282 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R. police intercepted a motorcycle and the petitioner was also traveling in that motorcycle and later on was found that the same is stolen motorcycle. Apart from that, petitioner is an accused in one more case also. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that only on suspicion, he has been made accused in this case. He was only traveling with the other co-accused persons. He is in custody for more than 05 months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that he is accused in one more case also. Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions,

No.2788 of 2020(2) dt.28-01-2020 2/2 made above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desari P. S. Case No. 282 of 2019, subject to the condition that he has to cooperate in the disposal of the trial.
