2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 430/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 63/65 of the Copyright Act, 1957 and Section 103/104 of the Trade Mark Act, 1999 registered in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 292 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely on the confessional statement of co-accused Perwaiz Rajak who was arrested at the spot. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from conscious and constructive possession of the petitioner. The petition claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP, however, points out from the seizure list that Ayurved medicines have been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. BT/Chandran (Vikash Jain, J) U T
