2.

In this case, the petitioner is claiming that he should be given liberty to get restructure of the loan account and he is ready to pay the same in terms of the commitment which he will give to the Bank. The petitioner is also challenging the letter dated 17.02.2017, whereby the Bank has called upon him to deposit the loan amount.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4819 of 2017 dt.25-04-2017 2/2 3.

Learned counsel for the Bank has raised objection about the maintainability of the writ application. 4.

Admittedly, the petitioner has taken two loans from the Bank and as on today total outstanding dues is Rs.44,00,000/-, out of that, the petitioner has deposited only Rs.65,000/-. In this situation, it is very difficult for this Court to give any relief to the petitioner. However, the petitioner, if so advised, may approach the Bank and the Bank will consider his grievance and take decision in accordance with law.

5.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
