At an earlier occasion while rejecting Cr. Misc. No.28925 of 2014 vide order dated 19.09.2014, privilege was given to the petitioner to renew, if so advised, after examination of informant.

From Annexure-3, it is apparent that informant Himanshu Kumar Mishra had already been examined. Petitioner also happens to be under custody since 16.05.2014 having no criminal antecedents.

Accordingly, petitioner Vivek Kumar @ Vivek Kumar Mandal is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. N. Dayal, Judicial
