1. The Writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to dispose of the application preferred by the petitioner before respondent No. 6, in view of the order passed by this Court dated 23.02.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 7399 of 2015.

2. During the Course of arguments, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the said application is still pending before respondent No. 6.

3. Heard the Learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18742 of 2018(3) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 petitioner as well as the Learned counsel for the respondents.

4. Without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent No. 6 to dispose of the application of the petitioner considering all relevant documents, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if the application is still pending.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the Writ petition shall stand disposed of.
