1. Mr. Chakrapani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, submits that the present case is fully covered by the judgment and order, dated 29.08.2024, passed by this Court in CWJC No. 19683 of 2018 and analogous case.

2. The petitioners of the present writ application were appointed in the same College i.e. Phool Devi Kusheshwar Jha Degree College, Vachaspati Nagar, Madhubani, on sanctioned posts. Petitioner no. 1 was appointed on the first post of Lecturer, Hindi Department, and the petitioner no. 2 on the first post of Lecturer, Mathematics Department.

3. Learned counsel for the State as well as the Lalit Narayan Mithila University jointly submits that it is not disputed that the present case is fully covered by the order, dated 29.08.2024, passed in aforesaid writ application. 4.

Having heard the parties, the preset writ application is disposed, exactly in the terms of the order, dated 29.08.2024, passed in CWJC No. 19683 of 2018 and its analogous case.
