The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard the parties.

Following relief(s) have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application:

"1.For commanding the respondents to pay retirement benefits i.e. earned leave and salary for overtime duty with 18% interest to the petitioner.

2. For holding that the impugned nonpayment of the aforesaid legitimate dues

Patna High Court CWJC No.18235 of 2018(2) dt.09-06-2020 2/2 to the petitioner is illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable and without any lawful justification.

3.(i) For commanding the respondents to pay retirement benefits i.e. earned leave salary for overtime duty for the period 13-04-1992 to 01-06-2002 the petitioner.

(ii) For holding that the impugned non payment of the aforesaid legitimate dues due to the petitioner is illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable and without any lawful justification".

Mrs. Namrata Mishra, learned counsel for the respondents No. 1 & 2 submits that part of the grievances has already been redressed by the respondents.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, the petitioner is directed to file/make a representation before the concerned authority within a period of twelve weeks for redressal of remaining grievances, if any. If such representation is filed/made on behalf of the petitioner, the concerned authority shall pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of four months, from the date of filing/making of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
