The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 227 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 25(1-b)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act. By order dated 05.11.2019, a direction has been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after completion of six months in jail custody. Petitioner is in jail custody since 01.07.2019 and the petitioner has completed the jail custody for more than six months. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
