JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 01/04/2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

On information that the miscreants are preparing to commit dacoity, a raid was laid by the police. One loaded country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Statement to this effect has been made in para 3 of the petition.

Considering the above facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2623 of 2015 (2) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Danapur in connection with Danapur P.S.Case no. 171/2014.
