JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 03/10/2014 in a case registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that a truck loaded with wheat was robbed. Though the name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation but there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner nor he has been put on T.I.Parade. Though the petitioner is accused in one other case but he is on bail. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sherghati in Sherghati P.S.Case no. 227/2014.
