JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 26-09-2015 on the accusation that apprehended co-accused Kailash Thakur disclosed that one bomb (I.E.D.) had been kept by him in the straw shed of the petitioner and, thereafter, the aforesaid bomb (I.E.D.) was recovered from the straw shed of the petitioner. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the aforesaid straw shed belongs to uncle of the petitioner and the petitioner does not have any concern with the aforesaid straw shed.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10180 of 2016 (2) dt.03-03-2016 the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Majorganj P.S.
