JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in prayer portion of the petition. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 11/07/2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(12-B)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act.

It is alleged that on information that some miscreants are preparing to commit dacoity, a raid was laid by the police and from the possession of the petitioner a country made pistol and four live cartridges were recovered from the petitioner. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner is accused in one other case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2691 of 2015 (2) dt.22-01-2015 2/2 Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya in Sherghati P.S.Case no. 190/2014.
