The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 471 of 2018, registered for offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated only on the basis of suspicion. Further submission is that there is no eye-witness to the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.11.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.3588 of 2020(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Danapur, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 471 of 2018.
