2. This Court, vide order dated 10.04.2014 made the following order:

"There is no representation for the petitioner.

2. As per the order dated 08.02.2024, the respondent sought information whether the payments have been made by the department to the petitioner with respect to the interest and she stated to the Court that the interest part was also paid to the petitioner.

3. As there is no representation for the petitioner, post this matter on 15.04.2024 for hearing of the petitioner.

4. In case, if the petitioner does not appear on the said date, the statement of the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.18979 of 2016(12) dt.15-04-2024 2/2 shall be recorded and order shall be passed."

3. In spite of posting the matter for hearing the petitioner, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, therefore, this Court is of the considerable view that the petitioner has no interest to evince with the matter.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as default and for non-prosecution.
