By the impugned order(Annexure-4), which contains the letter No.42 of the District Education Officer-cum-District Programme Officer(Literacy), Muzaffarpur dated 25.01.2018, the services of 82 Shiksha Swyam Sewi were terminated. Md. Shoaib Akhtar, one of the Shiksha Swyam Sewis came before this Court in C.W.J.C. No.1951 of 2019 and a co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 05.02.2019 quashed the letter No.42 dated 25.01.2018 issued by the District Education Officer-cum-

Patna High Court CWJC No.1838 of 2020(2) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 District Programme Officer(Establishment), Muzaffarpur. In this view of the fact, the petitioner is treated at par with Md. Shoaib Akhtar as the entire letter as contained in Annexure-4 has already been quashed.

With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
