The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Special Case No. 625 of 2021 arising out of Case No. 41 C 3 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on the suspicion by the Police. Further submission is that the alleged illicit liquor has been recovered from the cowshed which is a joint family property. Petitioner is not the owner of cowshed. He is a man of clean antecedent.

P.C.
