Perused the impugned order dated 16.03.2016 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Begusarai in Maintenance Case No.14(M) of 2015 whereby the learned Principal Judge, Family Court directed the husband-petitioner to pay Rs.6,500/- per month to the respondent i.e. wife and daughter as interim maintenance in a proceeding under Section 125 Cr.P.C. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the court below has considered all the arguments advanced by the petitioner and then considering the earnings of the parties directed the petitioner to pay the said amount.

Therefore, I find no jurisdictional error in the impugned order, as such, the order needs no interference in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous application is dismissed.
