JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 21-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Bangao P.S. Case No. 93 of 2015 registered for offence under sections 364, 302, 201, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the petitioner and other accused persons surrounded the victim and mercilessly assaulted and killed him.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was only a member of mob. Other persons have been involved directly in the case.

The counsel for the informant has produced a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8318 of 2016 (3) dt.21-04-2016 2/2 photocopy of deposition of Indrakant Choudhary (P.W.-1). As ready the trial has initiated, this Court is not inclined to grant the bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. The court below is directed to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
