Some medicines, Identity cards etc. were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, who does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 07.12.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S.Case No. 476 of 2015.
