The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the F.I.R., this petitioner caused gun shot injury to the uncle of the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Informant and petitioner are co-villagers and due to land dispute regarding drainage, some scuffle took place between the family members of both sides. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 26.08.2021.

However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition and submitted that there is direct and specific allegation of causing gun shot injury against this petitioner.
