Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is in custody since 27.09.2018. Suspicion is that the petitioner and others committed murder of the father of the informant for land dispute.

Submission is that there is no direct evidence against the petitioner. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the fact that only material against the petitioner is suspicion and investigation of the case is already complete, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
