The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 498(A) 304(B) and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his daughter was married to Wakil Yadav son of the petitioner. It is further alleged that all the accused persons demanded dowry and tortured his daughter and ultimately his daughter was killed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is father-in-law and no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The deceased was married to Wakil Yadav in the year 2006 but no case was filed ever about the ill treatment.
