1. During the course of the argument, the Learned counsel for the petitioner reported to the Court that he would be filing an application before the Divisional Commissioner regarding the orders of the Selection Committee in selecting respondent No. 9 for issuing the PDS license, and sought liberty to file the complaint before the Divisional Commissioner.

2. Admittedly, the writ petition was filed in the year, 2018 to set aside the decision dated 19.05.2018, which contests the order passed by

Patna High Court CWJC No.18433 of 2018(2) dt.24-07-2025 2/2 the Selection Committee in selecting respondent No. 9 for the PDS dealership. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to file the complaint before the Divisional Commissioner within one month from the date of receipt of this order. In turn, the Divisional Commissioner shall liberally construe the limitation period, given that the writ petition was filed in the year, 2018, and shall pass an appropriate order within two months from the date of filing the complaint.

3. With the above said observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.
