JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of informant's daughter and it is admitted case of the prosecution that the dead body of informant's daughter could not be recovered. Moreover, according to prosecution case itself, on 18.2.2015, the son-in-law of the informant came at her home and took the victim along with him and, thereafter, on 19.2.2015, the informant got information that in-laws of her daughter were making planning to commit murder of her daughter and after that when on 20.2.2015, she went to the house of petitioner, she found the house locked so even if the aforesaid story assumed to be true, then also, the victim was seen last time in the company of her husband and not in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8381 of 2016 (2) dt.25-02-2016 2/2 company of petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that the petitioner, being lady, is languishing in jail custody since 29.9.2015, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.111 of 2015.
