JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-03-2016 The petitioner being father of the husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 08.01.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 326, 328, 498A, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The prosecution case is that petitioner and his daughter Neha Kumari @ Pammi entered into the room of the informant with boiled water carrying in a pot and poured on her face and body. The accused persons also poured acid kept for cleaning bathroom, causing injury.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that malicious accusation has been levelled against the petitioner being old person.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7574 of 2016 (4) dt.28-03-2016 2/2 medical opinion and the petitioner has filed forged compromise petition before learned Court below.
Learned counsel for the State submits that medical opinion corroborates the accusation.
Considering the nature of accusation and the accusation based on the fardbeyan of the victim, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly the application stands rejected in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 254 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.
