Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of kidnapping to the daughter-in-law of the informant. Though the victim has supported the allegation that when she had gone to pluck vegetable in the field, the petitioners forcefully took her and also taken away Rs.20,000/-, however, nothing else was done with her though she was under captivity of the petitioners for 10days.

Submission is that for different disputes, false

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16033 of 2021(2) dt.19-07-2021 2/2 allegation is there. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Alouli Police Station Case No.32 of 2020, G.R.No.370 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(c) The petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
