JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2017 The trial court has reported vide letter No. 578 dated 22-12-2016 that uptill now, not a single prosecution witness has been examined and the time for conclusion of the trial, which was fixed by this court vide order dated 27-07-2016 is going to be expired on 10-02-2017 and, accordingly, the trial court has prayed for extension of six months more time for conclusion of Sessions Trial No. 216 of 2016 arising out of Barachatty P.S. Case No. 254 of 2013.

The prayer is allowed and accordingly, the matter stands disposed off.
