Patna High Court CWJC No.18857 of 2018(7) dt.05-04-2021 2/3 Learned counsel for the petitioner would submits that petitioner has been paid 90 percent provisional pension, group insurance and G.P.F. amount. He further submits that an amount for gratuity, leave encashment has been sanctioned but it has not been paid to the petitioner till date and the dispute with regard to payment of arrears has also not been settled as yet.
Considering the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner to approach Principal Secretary, Water Resource Department (respondent No. 7) along with a copy of this order within a period of three months from today, who shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and dispose off the representation/application of the petitioner by speaking/reasoned order within a further period of four months from the date of filing representation/application before it.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the
