No doubt, petitioners are named in the first information report and two persons died in alleged occurrence but omnibus allegation has been levelled against the petitioners and other FIR named accused persons. It is admitted position that several co-accused persons having more or less similar allegation have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court.

Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released
