JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made pistol, magazine and four live cartridges were recovered from the house of the petitioner Manish Kumar Singh alias Kariya Singh. Admittedly, the aforesaid recovery has not been made from conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner is in jail custody since 25.11.2015. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (I) P.S.Case No. 254 of 2015.
