2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 265 of 2022, lodged on 16.09.2022 under Sections 120(B), 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, FIR has been lodged against unknown accused persons against whom there is an allegation that they have attacked brutally upon the informant due to which the informant was injured and allegation of firing is also against those unknown accused persons.
4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits
2/4 that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel also submits that the name of the petitioner has been figured in this case only due to the reason that his criminal antecedent is not clean. Counsel further submits that chargesheet has already been filed in this case.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the antecedent of the petitioner is not clean and there are sixteen criminal cases pending against him. The petitioner is in custody since 31.08.2023 in the present case.

Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that the antecedent of the petitioner is not clean and there are in total 16 criminal cases pending against the petitioner and this aspect may be taken into consideration while considering the bail application of the petitioner.
7. Upon specific query of the Court from the counsel for petitioner that whether charge has been framed in this case or not, counsel submits that as per his knowledge, charge has not been framed in this case.
8. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail, but only after framing of charge, if
3/4 not framed on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 265 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down U/s 437(3) Cr.P.C.
9. However, the petitioner shall be granted bail only after on satisfaction of the Trial Court that the petitioner is not absconding in any of the cases pending against him whose details are as follows:- (I)- Barauni P.S. Case No. 422 of 2019.
