The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant filed a complaint making allegation that her husband went to the house of Rup Lal Sahani and Janki Devi who happens to be her brother- in-law and sister. Mukesh Sahani and Ranjeet Kumar brought her husband and disclosed that there is a case of snake bite and husband died. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no eye witness of the occurrence and petitioner is not at all related with the informant.
Considering the fact that there is no allegation
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3294 of 2015 (2) dt.27-01-2015 2/2 against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M, Motihari East Champaran in Turkaulia (Banjaria) P.S. Case No. 403 of 2014.
