2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(i) for quashing of an order dated 08.05.2015 issued with the signature of the learned Additional Collector, Darbhanga (respondent no.3) in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 06 of 2015-16 and Case No. 21 of 2015-16 as well as notices dated 09.05.2015 pursuant to aforesaid order issued in both the cases contained in Annexure-1 and 2 series to this application, whereby and whereunder the petitioner was directed to appear before him on 22.05.2015 with all the connected documents regarding Jamabandi of the lands in question

Patna High Court CWJC No.19368 of 2018(3) dt.03-11-2025 2/2 and to submit defence in their support.

(ii) for a further direction to the Respondents to withdraw or drop the said proceedings of Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 06 of 2015-16 and Case No. 21 of 2015-16 as the lands running under said Jamabandi exclusively belongs to this petitioner with full right and title.

(iii) for a direction to stay the further proceedings of both the cases of Jamabandi Cancellation during pendency of instant application.

(iv) for any other relief of reliefs, the petitioner is entitled for."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
