JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be younger sister of the informant, whose husband was killed in the alleged occurrence by two unknown persons. The petitioner has been dragged in this case on account of land dispute and the informant as well as her other family members expressed their suspicion against the petitioner that she might have hired some criminals to commit murder of the deceased.

No doubt, in course of investigation, some co-accused were arrested and confessed their guilt but taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7140 of 2016 (3) dt.01-03-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 114 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Santosh Kumar Dubey, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Gaya.
