JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 13-12-2017 In the matter of cancellation of contract and the work allotted to the petitioner, learned writ Court has interfered into the matter as the principles of natural justice has been violated. It has been found by the learned writ Court that on account of irregularity found in the allocation of the contract after the award was made without following the principles of natural justice. In our considered view, the aforesaid finding recorded by the learned writ Court does not require any interference. The appeal stand dismissed.
