Petitioner retired from the post of Family Health Worker on 31.12.2015 from the office of respondent no. 4, the Civil Surgeon-Cum-Chief, Medical Officer, Purnea. Petitioner has prayed for payment of entire retiral benefits which has not yet been paid to him.
Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 4, the Civil Surgeon-Cum-Chief, Medical Officer, Purnea which will be disposed of within a period of three months from
Patna High Court CWJC No.1805 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2019 2/2 the date of filing of such representation. The amount, due to the petitioner, would be paid within one month thereafter.
