JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. There is case and counter case between the parties and it is alleged that petitioner gave Farsa blow causing injury on the hand of the father of the informant. Moreover, after investigation, police found the case true under section 147, 148, 323, 324, 325 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate Manjhaul at Begusarai in connection with Khodawandpur P.S.Case No. 220 of 2015.
