Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No.824 of 2019 registered under Sections 323, 420, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is a civil dispute between both the parties. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
