====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 22-06-2023 By way of a writ petition, petitioners have prayed as under:
"1. That the present writ petition is being filed by the petitioners for issuance of writ/writs in the nature of mandamus for direction to respondent no. 2 and 3 to consider the petitioners application dated 15.09.2022 regarding enhancement of transporting work in the light of identical payment against similar work in this year by BSFC in different districts and other prayers." Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.3564 of 2023(3) dt.22-06-2023 2/2 respondents has stated that a direction may be given to the authority to consider the said application on its own merits, if not already considered fully.
Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the fact that the petitioners have made an application to the respondent no. 3, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 2 to consider the application dated 15.09.2022 on its own merit, if not already disposed of, as expeditiously, as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt/communication of a copy of this order. Copy of any order passed shall be communicated to the party.
