JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-01-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 18.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 376 of the I.P.C and 3⁄4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. It is alleged that informant was ravished and thereafter her hands were tight and she was locked in a room. After six hours the informant was released at the instance of her parents and Panchayat Mukhiya.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the occurrence is of 15.08.2014 and the medical examination of the victim was done on 16.08.2014 where neither any external injury nor any sign of rape were found when the victim was found to be aged between 17-18 years. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the
