Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the land stands mutated in his name, as such, one of the grievances raised in the writ application stands redressed during pendency of the writ application. It is next submitted that as far as registration of the land in question is concerned, for that the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ application for moving before an appropriate authority for redressal of his grievance.
