Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barauni P.S.Case No.397 of 2019 dated 9.9.2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 379, 307, 504 & 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of assault by lathi. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is general allegation of assault against the petitioner and other accused persons and the impugned order itself shows that no injury report is available on the record. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.

No.3268 of 2020(2) dt.24-01-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S.Case No.397 of 2019 dated 9.9.2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
