JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to make payment of admitted contractual dues with interest against the agreement no. 57F2/2016-17 dated 16.02.2017, totalling to a sum of Rs. 6,34,065/-.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be approaching the respondent no.2 for payment of the aforesaid admitted outstanding dues of the petitioner, hence, the respondent no.2 be directed to pay the admitted outstanding dues within a stipulated time frame. The learned counsel for the respondents does not have

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.2 by filing appropriate representation for payment of the admitted outstanding dues, as aforesaid, within a period of four weeks from today, whereafter the respondent no.2 shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks thereafter and in case any admitted outstanding dues are found payable, the same shall also be paid within a period of eight weeks therefrom.
It is needless to state that in case the aforesaid time limit is not adhered to, the admitted outstanding dues found payable, if any, would carry interest @ 9% per annum from the date the same had become due.
The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
