The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018. It is a case of recovery of about 2598.88 liters of foreign made liquor from the different vehicles. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that he has no concern with the seized liquor and seized vehicles does not belong to this petitioner and no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious or constructive possession of the petitioner.
